Meditation is the medicine of the mind - Property Entreprenuer

For years I have tried to meditate, spend time on mindfulness and tried to relax and calm my busy entrepreneurial monkey mind.

I’ve used apps, I’ve used guided videos and I’ve revised my Miracle Morning (one of the modules that we teach on Property Entrepreneur) but it’s never quite worked for me.  I’ve either fallen asleep, I’ve got bored or I’ve just not been able to go deep enough to concentrate.

However, this year for whatever reason, for the first time ever I’ve got deep into my meditation and I’m now seeing the practical benefits of this.

Using the InsightTimer app I now meditate most mornings. For 10 to 30 minutes, I follow the courses and guided meditations or just complete the basic breathing exercises.  I can honestly say the impact this has had on my sense of calm, my composure, my energy levels and my ability to start the day in a controlled fashion has been absolutely game-changing.
